Idadi ya watahiniwa kidato cha 4 yaongezeka
WANAFUNZI 572, 338 wa kidato cha nne kutoka shule 5,371 kote nchini wameanza mtihani wa taifa leo.
Taarifa iliyotolewa na Baraza la Mitihani Tanzania (NECTA), imeeleza kuwa mwaka huu kuna ongezeko la watahiniwa 8, 633 sawa na asilimia 1.6 kulinganisha na idadi ya waliofanya mtihani mwaka jana.
Katibu Mtendaji wa Baraza la Mitihani Tanzania (NECTA), Said Mohamed ameeleza kuwa kati ya hao watahiniwa 28, 952 ni wa kujitegemea ambao watafanya mtihani kwenye vituo 1,798 vilivyosajiliwa.
Amesema asilimia 46.05 ya watahiniwa wa shule ni wavulana na asilimia 53.95 ni wasichana huku kwa upande wa watahiniwa wa kujitegemea asilimia 40.99 ni wavulana na asilimia 59.01 ni wasichana.
