GEITA: MKUU wa Wilaya ya Mbogwe Sakina Mohamed amebaini uwepo wa tofauti kubwa ya taarifa ya mapato yaliyoko kwenye vitabu vya Halmashauri ya Mbogwe na taarifa ya mapato iliyoko kwenye ofisi za wachimbaji.
Ambapo ametoa agizo kwa Mkurugenzi wa Halmashauri hiyo na kumtaka asimamie mapato halisi ya Halmashauri yanayotokana na shughuli za migodi.
Katika taarifa ya wachimbaji amebaini inaonesha kuwa tangu mwaka huu wa fedha uanze wamechangia ushuru wa jumla ya Sh milioni 20 kwa Halmashauri wakati kwenye vitabu vya Halmashauri taarifa ni tofauti inaonesha makusanyo ni madogo.
“Ni ajabu, ipo namna, kama huu mgodi mmoja tu taarifa yao inaonesha makusanyo yao kwa Halmashauri ni Sh milioni 20 tangu mwaka wa fedha huu uanze, kwa tafsiri rahisi ni kwamba migodi mingine pia imechangia kiasi kikubwa sana lakini hazionekani kwenye vitabu vya Halmashauri,” amesema Sakina
Aidha, Sakina amewakumbusha watendaji wa Halmashauri alioambatana nao kuwa wajibu mkubwa walio nao ni kusimamia mapato ya Halmashauri ili shughuli za serikali za kuwaletea wananchi maendeleo zifanikiwe.
Pia, ameonya watorosha madini kuwa atakayepatikana hatobaki salama na kwamba Kamati ya Ulinzi na Usalama haitawaacha, atashughulikiwa kwa mujibu wa sheria.
