TAKRIBANI watu 15 wamekufa baada ya kivuko kuzama kwenye kisiwa cha Sulawesi nchini Indonesia.
Kivuko hicho kilikuwa na abiria 40 hata hivyo mamlaka inawatafuta watu 19 ambao hawajapatikana, shirika la kitaifa la utafutaji na uokoaji la Indonesia limesema leo.
Abiria sita waliokolewa na wanatibiwa hospitalini, shirika hilo lilisema.
“Msako utafanywa kwa kugawanywa katika timu mbili. Timu ya kwanza itapiga mbizi kuzunguka eneo la ajali,” Muhamad Arafah, mkuu wa wakala wa utafutaji na uokoaji wa eneo hilo katika jiji la Kendari Kusini-Mashariki mwa Sulawesi, alisema katika taarifa.
“Timu ya pili itafagia juu ya uso wa maji kuzunguka eneo la ajali kwa kutumia boti ya mpira na mashua ndefu.” Aliongeza.
