TRA United yaanza maandalizi kuivaa Dodoma Jiji FC
ARUSHA: TIMU ya TRA United imezindua Wiki ya Shamra Shamra yenye matukio mbalimbali ya kijamii na uhamasishaji kuelekea mechi yake ya kwanza ya nyumbani dhidi ya Dodoma Jiji itakayochezwa Jumamosi, Agosti 29, 2026.
Mchezo huo pia utatumika kutambulisha wachezaji wao wa msimu huu wa 2026/2027.
Akizungumza na waandishi wa habari jijini Arusha, Meneja wa Mamlaka ya Mapato Tanzania (TRA) Mkoa wa Arusha, Deogratius Shuma, amesema klabu hiyo inatumia soka kama njia ya kuhamasisha ulipaji kodi wa hiari pamoja na kuelimisha wananchi kuhusu faida za kulipa kodi na kudai risiti.
Alisema TRA ilianzisha timu hiyo kutokana na umuhimu wa soka kama mchezo unaopendwa na watu wengi, hivyo kuwezesha mamlaka hiyo kufikisha kwa urahisi ujumbe wa ulipaji kodi kwa wananchi.
“Mbali na kuhamasisha ulipaji kodi wa hiari, timu pia imeanzishwa kwa ajili ya kuibua vipaji vya vijana na kuonyesha faida zinazotokana na mapato ya kodi,” amesema.
Amesema kupitia TRA United, mamlaka hiyo pia itaendelea kutoa elimu kuhusu mifumo mbalimbali inayotumika katika kurahisisha ulipaji na usimamizi wa kodi.
Ofisa Habari wa TRA United, Christina Mwagala, amesema Wiki ya ‘Shamra Shamra’ itajumuisha matukio mbalimbali, yakiwemo uhamasishaji mitaani na shughuli za kurudisha kwa jamii.
Amesema kuanzia Alhamisi hadi Ijumaa, timu hiyo itafanya hamasa katika maeneo mbalimbali jijini Arusha, sambamba na kutembelea taasisi za soka na pia kutoa msaada kwa watoto yatima.
“Tumekuwa tukifanya shughuli za kurudisha kwa jamii, lakini mara nyingi tunafanya bila kwenda na vyombo vya habari kwa sababu tunaamini ni sehemu ya sadaka yetu kwa jamii,”
Mwagala amesema timu hiyo imeanza msimu kwa kucheza michezo mitatu ya ugenini, ikipata pointi mbili baada ya sare ya bao 1-1 dhidi ya JKT Tanzania, kufungwa mabao 2-1 na Azam FC na kutoka sare dhidi ya Coastal Union mjini Tanga.
Ameeleza pamoja na matokeo hayo kutokuwa katika malengo yaliyowekwa na klabu, bado ni mwanzo wa msimu na timu ina matumaini ya kufanya vizuri katika mechi za nyumbani.
Baada ya mchezo dhidi ya Dodoma Jiji, TRA United itakuwa na mchezo mwingine wa nyumbani dhidi ya Mbeya City Septemba 4.
