Ambapo amebainisha upelelezi utakapo kamilika jarada litapelekwa ofisi ya taifa ya Maisha kwa hatua zaidi.
Sambamba na hilo Mutayoba ameeleza kuwa Jeshi hilo liliendesha operesheni ya usalama Barabarani ambapo makosa elfu nne na thelathini na tano kwa makosa mbalimbali.
