TANGA: WAZIRI Mkuu, Dk. Mwigulu Nchemba, anatarajiwa kuanza ziara ya siku tano mkoani Tanga kuanzia Februari 13 hadi 17, 2025 kwa lengo kukagua miradi yenye thamani ya Sh bilioni 758.1 iliyopo kwenye wilaya nane za mkoa huo.
Mkuu wa Mkoa wa Tanga, Dk. Batlida Burian, amesema Waziri Mkuu atakagua miradi ya sekta za utawala, elimu, afya, miundombinu, na maji. Pia, atafanya mikutano na wananchi na watumishi wa serikali.
Amesema katika Wilaya ya Handeni, Waziri Mkuu atakagua mradi wa kituo cha kupoza umeme pamoja na kufungua jengo la huduma ya mahututi katika hospitali ya Wilaya ya Handeni Mji .
Aidha, akiwa katika Wilaya ya Kilindi ataweza kukagua mradi wa maji pamoja na ufunguzi wa hospitali ya wilaya ya kilindi huku katika Wilaya ya Korogwe ataweza kukagua maendeleo ya mradi wa maji wa miji 28.
“Katika ziara hiyo ataweza kukagua miradi ambayo inatekelezwa na wawekezaji wazawa ikiwemo hoteli yenye hadhi ya nyota tano,pamoja na kiwanda cha kuzalisha vifungashio vya mifuko,”amesema RC Batlida.
Wakazi wa Tanga wametakiwa kujitokeza kwa wingi kumlaki Waziri Mkuu na kusikiliza maelekezo ya serikali. Mwenyekiti wa Wazee wa Tanga, Shekue Pashua, alisema wapo tayari kumpokea Waziri Mkuu kutokana na maendeleo makubwa anayoyahamasisha serikali.
