DODOMA: MBUNGE wa Viti Maalumu, Selina Kingalame ameishauiri serikali kuanzisha Mfumo wa Elimu kwa Vitendo (Internship) kwa kada nyingine za elimu kama ilivyo elimu ya utabibu.
Mbunge huyo ametoa kauli hiyo wakati wa kipindi cha maswali na majibu bungeni jijini Dodoma leo Aprili 14, 2026 ambapo amesema hatua hiyo itasaidia kupunguza ugumu wa kupata ajira wahitimu wa kada mbalimbali kwani itatumika kama kigezo cha uzoefu wakati wa kuomba ajira.
Katika ajira nyingi zinazotangazwa kigezo cha uzoefu kazini kimekuwa kikiwaathiri watu kwa kukosa sifa hiyo.
Akijibu hoja hiyo Naibu Waziri wa Elimu Sayansi na Teknolojia, Wanu Hafidh amesema serikali inatambua umuhimu wa mafunzo kwa vitendo (internship) katika kuimarisha ubora wa wahitimu ambapo kwa sasa, Serikali kupitia vyuo vya kati na vya elimu ya juu imeweka utaratibu wa mafunzo kwa vitendo kwa wanafunzi, ambapo uendeshaji wake hutofautiana kulingana na kada na mahitaji ya taaluma husika.
Ameongeza kuwa Serikali inaendelea kuboresha miongozo ya mafunzo kwa vitendo ili kuongeza tija na kuhakikisha yanaendana na mahitaji ya soko la ajira. Mfano, katika kada ya ualimu, Serikali imeandaa Kiunzi cha Kitaifa cha Mafunzo ya Ualimu kwa Vitendo cha mwaka 2026, ambacho kitatekelezwa kwa mtindo unaofanana na kada ya utabibu na kinatarajiwa kuanza katika mwaka wa masomo 2026/2027.
