CCM Kigoma yataka hatua miradi iliyokwama
KIGOMA; Kamati ya Siasa ya Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) Mkoa Kigoma, imeitaka serikali ya Mkoa Kigoma kuchukua hatua kwa Halmashauri za Wilaya za mkoa Kigoma, ili kuhakikisha miradi ya wananchi iliyokwama inakamilishwa na kuanza kutoa huduma.
Hayo yamesemwa na Mwenyekiti wa CCM Mkoa Kigoma, Jamal Tamim, alipoongoza Kamati ya Siasa ya Mkoa Kigoma kukagua ujenzi wa Kituo cha Afya Rukoma, Wilaya ya Uvinza mkoani Kigoma, ambapo alisema mwaka 2023 aliyekuwa Waziri Mkuu, Kassim Majaliwa alitoa maelekezo kituo hicho kikamilike na kianze kutoa huduma, lakini hadi sasa hakuna utekelezaji.
Tamim alisema kuwa kiasi cha Sh milioni 546 kimetumika hadi sasa, kiasi ambacho pia kimetolewa kwa vituo vingine vya afya, ambavyo vimekamilika na kuanza kutoa huduma, lakini kituo hicho kilipoanza kupokea fedha mwaka 2021 hadi sasa kimefikia aslimia 85 na hakuna dalili zozote kuanza kutoa huduma karibuni.
Kwa upande wa Katibu wa CCM Mkoa Kigoma, Christopher Pallangyo alisema kuwa vituo vilivyopata fedha kama hicho vimenza kutoa huduma, lakini wanashangazwa na kituo hicho kushindwa kutoa hata huduma za nje wakati taratibu nyingine zikisubiri, hivyo watatoa taarifa kwa mamlaka za serikali zichukue hatua.
Akizungumza katika ziara hiyo Mkuu wa Wilaya Uvinza, Dinna Mathaman alioneshwa kusikitishwa na utoaji huduma kituoni hapo kutoanza hadi sasa, wakati aliwaahidi wananchi hao huduma kuanza kutolewa Septemba Mosi mwaka huu na kwamba watalifanyia kazi suala hilo kwa mamlaka zinazohusika, ili mradi ukamilike na utoaji huduma uanze.
