Kinana ameyasema hayo leo Agosti 22, 2-23 jijini Dar es Salaam katika Mkutano wa Kitaifa wa Wadau Kujadili hali ya Demokrasia nchini kuelekea Ichaguzi wa Serikali za Mitaa na Uchaguzi Mkuu wa Mwaka 2025 ulioandaliwa na Kituo cha Demokrasia Tanzania (TCD).
“Mimi nadhani uhuru wa kusema upo lakini kila uhuru una mipaka yake, Baba wa Taifa (Mwalimu Nyerere) alikuwa akitufundisha kwamba uhuru bila ya nidhamu ni uwendawazimu na nidhamu bila ya uhuru ni utumwa.” Amesema na kuongeza
” Kwa hiyo kila uhuru lazima uwe na mipaka yake lakini nadhani kwa ujumla uhuru upo wa kutosha wakati mwingine labda kuna kasoro katika utekelezaji wake nadhani ndio maana Watanzania wanapiga kelele katika kusimamia sheria zinazowapa Watanzania uhuru wa kusema.
