Mwigulu: Tukatae kugawanywa

WAZIRI Mkuu, Dk Mwigulu Nchemba amewataka Watanzania wakatae kugawanywa.Dk Mwigulu amesema hayo mkoani Arusha wakati akikagua uharibifu kwenye kituo cha polisi cha Kikatiti wilayani Arumeru katika Mkoa wa Arusha wakati wa vurugu siku ya uchaguzi Oktoba 29, mwaka huu.

Amesema ni muhimu Watanzania wakatae vurugu kwa sababu duniani kote hakuna mahali zilitokea zikapita bila kuwa na madhara. “Tumechonganishwa, tumechochewa, tumeuana na waliotuchochea wapo pembeni hawana hata rafiki aliyeguswa. Sisi tumechonganishwa na kuchochewa, tukatae kuchonganishwa,” alisema Dk Mwigulu.

Amesema viongozi wanaposema wanapowaomba Watanzania kukataa jambo la namna hiyo wanamaanisha kuwa wanathamini uhai wa Watanzani ana wanaokoa maisha yao. “Anayekuambia nendeni mkiwashe, nendeni mchome nchi na mfanye vurugu mtu kama huyo hawataki uhai Watanzania na wengi ni wanaharakati kwani hakuna kiongozi yeyote wa siasa aliyewaambia muende mkaandamane,” aliongeza.

Amesema waliochochea Watanzania kuandamana ni wanaharakati ambao hawapo Tanzania na ambao wanalipwa kwa kuwafanya wananchi wauane. Kwa maneno mengine ni kwamba wanafanyia biashara maisha ya Watanzania. Dk Mwigulu amesema  lengo la wanaharakati hao ni kuwageuza wananchi kuchukiana wenyewe kwa wenyewe ili waweze kutekeleza malengo yao kirahisi mno.SOMA: Dk Mwigulu: Amani ni msingi wa maendeleo

Amesema maisha ya wanaharakati hao yanategemea vurugu za Watanzania waweze kuuana ili wao waweze kulipwa kwa kazi hiyo. “Mimi nimekuja kuwaambieni kindugu na kazi ya ndugu ni kusema ukweli, waulizeni wanaharakati wale wanafanya shughuli gani zaidi ya kuchochea vurugu ili walipwe zaidi na wakichochea ndio wanalipwa vizuri zaidi,” aliongeza.

Amesema serikali imefanikiwa kunasa mtandao wa fedha kutoka nje ya nchi kuja kwa wanaharakati kwa lengo la kukuza demokrasia lakini zikitumika kuchochea vurugu ili Watanzania wauane. Dk Mwigulu amesema  wakati wa vurugu za uchaguzi na hata baada ya uchaguzi, baadhi ya wanaharakati walitumiwa fedha nyingi kutoka nje ya nchi kwa ajili ya kukuza demokrasia. “Kijana mmoja ambaye juzi juzi tu alikuwa anaomba songesha juzi kapewa Dola za Marekani milioni mbili sawa na Sh bilioni nne kwenda tano. Kaondoka sasa anakaa kwenye hoteli ya kitalii,” aliongeza Dk Mwigulu.

Ameongeza : “Kufanya demokrasia, unalipwa fedha nyingi hivyo kwa kuua watoto wa Kitanzania. Sisi tunawaambia Watanzania kataeni vurugu kwa sababu duniani kote hakuna mahali vurugu zilitokea zisiwe na madhara”. Dk Mwigulu amesema  tabia ya wanaharakati ni kuwaambia wananchi waende kufanya vurugu huku wakijua kuwa watapoteza maisha huku wao wakithamini fedha wanayolipwa kwa kazi hiyo.

Amesema hata yule anayewapa wanaharakati fedha kwa ajili ya kuchoma nchi anajua namna zitakavyorudishwa kwani Watanzania watakapogombana atakuwa akifaidi rasilimali za nchi. “Wanajua mradi wa gesi ndio umeanza kutoa fedha sasa, wanajua kuwa Tanzania ni miongoni mwa nchi tisa zenye urani nyingi.

Wanajua Tanzania ni miongoni mwa nchi 10 duniani yenye madini asili na adimu duniani wanajua hawawezi kupata rasilimali hizo kama Watanzania wapo pamoja,” aliongeza. Amesema ili kuzipata rasilimali hizo lazima wawagawe Watanzania pamoja na wawagombanishe mpaka na vyombo vyao vya ulinzi na usalama na kuwafanya Watanzania wachukiane na wasisameheane tena. “Kataeni jambo la namna hiyo, halina mshindi. Siku zote nawaambieni Tanzania si mali ya serikali na Tanzania hii si mali ya vyama vya siasa bali ni mali ya Watanzania,” alisema Dk Mwigulu.

Amesema miradi yote hakuna wa serikali akiwatolea mfano hata Kituo cha Polisi cha Katiti kimejengwa kwa nguvu za wananchi huku barabara zote zikijengwa kwa fedha za wananchi na sio za serikali. Dk Mwigulu amehoji kuhusu hizo Sh bilioni tano kuwa zinaweza kuondoa umasikini wa Watanzania? Amesema kinachoweza kuondoa umasikini wa Watanzania ni mipango ya maendeleo huku nchi ikiwa kwenye amani na utulivu na kwamba ajira za Watanzania zitatengenezwa huku nchi ikiwa kwenye amani.

“Rais amekuja na programu ya vijana na uwezeshaji wa vijana na hayo yote yatawezekana ikiwa kutakuwa na amani,” aliongeza. Amesema  miradi mikubwa iliwezeshwa katika kipindi kifupi cha miaka minne na kwamba Rais Samia Suluhu Hassan ametumia fedha nyingi kiasi cha Sh trilioni 6.5 kwa manufaa ya Watanzania.

Amesema kutokana na mradi huo, Tanzania ina ziada ya umeme kiasi cha zaidi ya Mega Watt 2,000 na kwamba kilichosababisha hayo sio uchaguzi bali wanataka madini na rasilimali za Tanzania. “Ili tuweze kutekeleza maendeleo yote tunayoyasema, tuchagueni kulinda amani ya nchi yetu. Hilo ni jambo la msingi sana kwa sababu msisitizo wote huu, tunaongelea kuokoa maisha ya watu,” alisema Dk Mwigulu.

Kwa upande wake, Mkuu wa Mkoa wa Arusha, Amos Makalla amesema vurugu za uchaguzi zilileta Athari katika wilaya za Arusha na Arumeru na miongoni mwa Athari hizo ni kituo cha polisi cha Kikatiti kilichojengwa kwa nguvu za wananchi.
