DAR ES SALAAM: Serikali imetakiwa kuimarisha ushirikiano na taasisi zinazoongozwa na vijana ili kuongeza fursa za ajira, kukuza vipaji vya michezo na sanaa, pamoja na kuharakisha matumizi ya teknolojia na ujasiriamali miongoni mwa vijana nchini.
Wito huo umetolewa na Mwanzilishi na Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa Taasisi ya Inua Hub, Johnas Chami, wakati wa uzinduzi wa mashindano ya Inua Impact Cup jijini Dar es Salaam, akisema ushirikiano kati ya Serikali, sekta binafsi na mashirika yasiyo ya kiserikali ni muhimu katika kutatua changamoto zinazowakabili vijana.
Mwanzilishi na Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa Taasisi ya Inua Hub, Johnas Chami
Chami alisema Inua Hub ilianzishwa ili kuwawezesha vijana kupitia mafunzo ya kidijitali na ujasiriamali, lakini taasisi hiyo iligundua kuwa kuna kundi kubwa la vijana wenye vipaji vya michezo na sanaa ambao pia wanahitaji kuungwa mkono ili kufikia malengo yao.
Kutokana na hali hiyo, alisema wameanzisha Inua Impact Cup, mashindano yanayowakutanisha mashirika yasiyo ya kiserikali, balozi na wadau mbalimbali kupitia michezo ili kujenga ushirikiano na kubadilishana uzoefu.
Alisema tukio hilo limefanyika kwa mara ya kwanza nchini Tanzania baada ya kuanza nchini Portugal mwaka jana, huku likihusisha mashirika mbalimbali yanayotekeleza shughuli za maendeleo ya jamii, yakiwemo yanayopambana na matumizi ya dawa za kulevya.
Chami alisema zaidi ya mashirika 25 yalionesha nia ya kushiriki, lakini toleo la kwanza limefanyika kwa kiwango kidogo ili kupima mwitikio kabla ya kulipeleka katika mikoa mingine ya Tanzania kuanzia mwaka ujao.
Katika sekta ya michezo, alisema Inua Impact Cup inalenga kuwa kiungo cha kuwasaidia vijana wenye vipaji kujiunga na akademi na vilabu vya nje ya nchi kupitia ushirikiano wake na wadau mbalimbali wa kimataifa.
Alisisitiza kuwa uwekezaji kwa vijana unahitaji nguvu ya pamoja kutoka Serikalini, taasisi binafsi na wadau wa maendeleo ili kuhakikisha vipaji na ubunifu wa vijana vinachangia ukuaji wa uchumi wa taifa.
Wachezaji wa Timu ya Shadaka FC wakifurahia ubingwa katika mashindano ya INUA IMPACT CUP yaliyofanyika jana Dar es Salaam.
Naye, Ofisa wa Kitengo cha Ushirikiano na Mahusiano ya Nje wa Inua Hub, Farida Rashidi alisema lengo la mashindano ni kuwakutanisha taasisi za serikali na zisizo za kiserikali, kujenga ushirikiano pamoja na kuibua vipaji vya vijana katika michezo na maeneo mbalimbali ya ubunifu.
Akizungumza wakati wa mashindano hayo jijini Dar es Salaam, Farida Rashidi, alisema mpango huo umeanzishwa ili kujenga mahusiano bora kati ya taasisi mbalimbali huku ukiwapa vijana nafasi ya kuonyesha uwezo na vipaji vyao.

Alisema kupitia jukwaa hilo, taasisi zinazoshiriki zinapata nafasi ya kufahamiana, kubadilishana uzoefu na kushirikiana katika kuwasaidia vijana pale wanapobaini kuwa wana vipaji vinavyoweza kuendelezwa.
“Leo tuko kwenye Inua Impact Cup yenye malengo ya kukutanisha taasisi zote za kiserikali na zisizo za kiserikali ambapo lengo letu kuu ni kujenga uhusiano mzuri kati ya taasisi zetu, kuwainua vijana, kuona vipaji vyao na kuwasaidia pale panapokuwa na uwezekano,” alisema.
Farida alisema toleo hilo la kwanza limehusisha jumla ya timu tisa ambazo zote zinawakilisha taasisi mbalimbali, zikiwemo Changamoto FC, Taefi, Asedeva Shadaka na zinginezo.
Alisema mafanikio ya mashindano hayo yameonesha umuhimu wa kuendelea na programu hiyo ili iwe jukwaa endelevu la kuwaunganisha wadau na kuwapa vijana nafasi zaidi za kuonyesha vipaji vyao.
“Hatutarajii hii kuwa mwisho hapa, tunatamani kuendelea zaidi na zaidi kwa sababu tunakuwa tunawainua vijana na kuwapa nafasi ya wao kuonyesha vipaji na ujuzi wao,” alisema.
Aidha, Farida alisema baada ya kubaini vijana wenye vipaji kupitia mashindano hayo, Inua Hub haitawaacha bali itawasaidia kuwaunganisha na watu au taasisi husika kulingana na vipaji walivyonavyo.
Alisema kijana mwenye kipaji cha michezo au ujuzi mwingine atasaidiwa kupata fursa ya kukiendeleza ili baadaye aweze kuchangia katika maendeleo ya jamii.
“Baada ya kugundua vijana wenye vipaji, sisi tunakuwa tunawasaidia kwa kuwakutanisha na watu husika kulingana na kipaji chake.
Hatutawaacha, tutakuwa nao mpaka pale watakapoweza kurudisha mchango wao kwenye jamii,” alisema.
