Kesi vurugu za uchaguzi Mwanza yaahirishwa
MWANZA; KESI inayowakabili watuhumiwa 11 kati ya 172 wanaodaiwa kuhusika na matukio ya uhalifu yaliyotokea baada ya Uchaguzi Mkuu wa Oktoba 29, 2025, imeahirishwa hadi Novemba 26 mwaka huu baada ya upande wa mashitaka kueleza kuwa upelelezi bado haujakamilika.
Watuhumiwa hao upande wa Wilaya ya Nyamagana, jijini Mwanza wamekuwa wakipandishwa mahakamani kwa awamu, wakikabiliwa na mashitaka mbalimbali ikiwemo uharibifu wa mali ya umma, unyang’anyi wa kutumia silaha na kufanya maandamano bila kibali.
Shauri hilo limetajwa leo Novemba 17, 2025 mbele ya Hakimu Mkazi Mfawidhi wa Mahakama hiyo, Ramla Shihagilo, ambapo Mwendesha Mashtaka wa Serikali, Mahembega Elias, alidai mahakamani hapo kuwa upelelezi bado haujakamilika na kuomba kuahirishwa shauri hilo.Kesi imeahirishwa hadi Novemba 26.
Watuhumiwa wanawakilishwa na mawakili watano kutoka Chama cha Wanasheria (TLS) Kanda ya Mwanza, wakiongozwa na Wakili, Erick Mutta akisaidiwa na Lugano Kitangalala, Emmanuel John, Salehe Nassoro na Debora Marwa.
