Latra yatangaza viwango vipya vya nauli
ARUSHA: MKURUGENZI wa Mamlaka ya Udhibiti wa Usafiri Ardhini (LATRA), CPA Habibu Suluo ametangaza nauli mpya za mabasi ya mijini (daladala) na masafa marefu.
Akitaja viwango hivyo vipya katika Mkutano na waandishi wa habari, jijini Arusha, Suluo amesema mabadiliko hayo yamefikiwa kwa kuzingatia sababu mbalimbali ikiwemo, uwezekano wa kuendelea kupanda kwa gharama za mafuta, kupanda kwa gharama za uwekezaji, maombi ya wasafirishaji na wamiliki wa mabasi pia kwa kurejea kifungu cha 21 cha Sheria ya Mamlaka ya Usafiri Ardhini, sura 413 pamoja na kanuni za Tozo za LATRA za mwaka 2020.
“Nauli za safari zisizozidi kilometa 10 ambayo nauli ya awali ilikuwa Sh 500 sasa ni Sh 600.
Safari za Kilometa 11 hadi 15, ilikuwa Sh 550 sasa itakuwa Sh 700.
Kilometa 16 hadi 20 nauli ilikuwa Sh 600 sasa itakuwa Sh 800. Safari za Kilometa 21 hadi 25 nauli kuwa Sh 700 hadi Sh 900.
Pia safari ya Kilometa 26 hadi 30 nauli itakuwa ni Sh 1100. Safari ya kilometa 31 hadi 35 nauli ya sasa ni Sh 10000 hivyo kupanda hadi Sh 1300 na kilometa 36 hadi 40 nauli ni 1400.” Amesema Suluo.
Amesema kwa upande wa nauli za wanafunzi hakuna mabadiliko, hivyo ni ile ile Sh 200 kwa daladala. Pia nauli za daladala ziandikwe ubavuni mwa daladala zao.
Aidha, Suluo amewaasa wasafirishaji na wamiliki wa vyombo kutotoza nauli kinyume na iliyotajwa na muongozo huo. Pia, kucheza nyimbo zisizo na maadili na mahubiri ya aina yoyote hayaruhusiwi.
