Serikali kuharakisha utekelezaji miradi ya maendeleo
MARA: WAZIRI Mkuu, Dk. Mwigulu Nchemba amesema Serikali imeweka mkakati wa kuharakisha utekelezaji wa miradi ya maendeleo nchini ili kuhakikisha wananchi wanapata huduma bora na miradi inakamilika kwa wakati.
Akizungumza na wananchi katika mkutano wa hadhara uliofanyika Uwanja wa Sokoine, wilayani Serengeti, mkoani Mara, leo Julai 1, 2026, Dk Mwigulu amesema Serikali imeanza utekelezaji wa Ilani ya Uchaguzi ya Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) ya mwaka 2025–2030, Bajeti ya Serikali ya mwaka 2026/2027 pamoja na Dira ya Taifa ya Maendeleo 2050.
“Tunaanza utekelezaji wa Ilani leo, Ilani ya 2025–2030. Tunaanza utekelezaji wa Bajeti leo ya mwaka 2026/2027, na tunaanza utekelezaji wa Dira mpya ya 2050 leo,” amesema Dk Mwigulu.
Waziri Mkuu amesema baadhi ya miradi ya maendeleo ilichelewa kuanza au kupungua kasi ya utekelezaji kutokana na uamuzi wa kimkakati wa Serikali wa kuelekeza rasilimali katika kukamilisha miradi mikubwa ya kimkakati ikiwemo Mradi wa Kufua Umeme wa Julius Nyerere, Daraja la JPM na Reli ya Kisasa (SGR), ambayo sasa imeanza kuwanufaisha Watanzania.
Akizungumzia utekelezaji wa miradi ya barabara, Waziri Mkuu amesema Serikali imeweka utaratibu mpya utakaohakikisha fedha za Mfuko wa Barabara zinawafikia watekelezaji moja kwa moja ili kuondoa ucheleweshaji wa miradi.
“Kuanzia leo tarehe moja, fedha zitakazokusanywa zinazotakiwa kwenda kwenye ujenzi wa barabara, zikishakusanywa na Mamlaka ya Mapato Tanzania, hazitapelekwa kwenye Mfuko Mkuu wa Serikali. Zitakwenda moja kwa moja kwenye Mfuko wa Barabara ili kasi ya ujenzi wa barabara isiende kwa kusuasua.”
Amesema hatua hiyo itawawezesha wakandarasi waliokuwa wamesimama kurejea katika maeneo ya kazi na kuharakisha utekelezaji wa miradi mbalimbali ikiwemo ya Mkoa wa Mara.
“Nimewaelekeza wakandarasi ambao walishatoka site warudi site, kwa sababu kuanzia leo tarehe moja Mfuko wetu wa Barabara… fedha zitakwenda moja kwa moja kwenye mifuko ili wananchi wapate maendeleo yanayochochewa na miundombinu hiyo wezeshi.”
Aidha, Waziri Mkuu aliwahakikishia wananchi kuwa Serikali itaendelea kusimamia utekelezaji wa ahadi zote zilizotolewa na Rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania, Dkt. Samia Suluhu Hassan.
“Yale ambayo Mheshimiwa Rais aliwaahidi, amenituma niwahakikishie kuwa yatatekelezwa. Na mimi, kama wajibu niliopewa na Katiba, nitasimamia kuhakikisha maelekezo hayo ya Mheshimiwa Rais yanatekelezwa.”
