Mafanikio hayo yameelezwa leo Jumatano Mei 20, 2026 bungeni jijini Dodoma na Waziri wa Ujenzi Abdallah Ulega wakati akiwasilisha makadirio ya mapato na matumizi ya Wizara ya Ujenzi kwa mwaka wa fedha 2026/2027.

Hadi kufikia Aprili 2026, wizara imekamilisha ujenzi na ukarabati wa kilometa 243.13 za barabara kwa kiwango cha lami na kilometa 94.36 kwa kiwango cha changarawe.
Katika upande wa madaraja, Waziri Ulega amesema Serikali imekamilisha ujenzi wa madaraja tisa ambayo ni Mitomoni (Ruvuma), Mirumba (Katavi), Nzali (Dodoma), Doma, Chakwale na Nguyami (Morogoro), Mkili (Ruvuma), Kalebe (Kagera) pamoja na Itembe (Simiyu), huku ujenzi wa madaraja mengine 11 ukiendelea.
